Factory Accountant

Job Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting entries using BUSY Accounting Software.

- Handle purchase, sales, cash, bank, and journal entries.

- Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.

- Prepare bank reconciliations and maintain ledgers.

- Handle GST invoicing, GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliances.

- Maintain vendor bills, customer invoices, and payment records.

- Assist in stock and inventory accounting.

- Prepare monthly reports and support finalization of accounts.

- Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.

Requirements

- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com

- Experience: 2–5 years in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing or factory setup.

- Software: Must have hands-on experience with BUSY Accounting Software.

- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and Excel.

- Robust attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate financial records.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
