- Prior work experience of 5-7 years plus in managing Hotels/ Apartments/ Residences/ Properties or departments such as Front Office/ Housekeeping / Maintenance / Restaurants etc . Should be educated as a Hotel Management Graduate / Degree in any discipline . Should possess strong Oral and Written skills in Languages such as English/ Hindi and Kannada

Computer Literate with knowledge of drafting emails/ daily MIS reports / inventory reports etc
5. Well versed in managing HODs of departments such as Housekeeping/ Food and Beverages/ Maintenance/ Vendor Management/ Purchase etc
6. Well groomed and able to manage get togethers and events.
7. Positive interpersonal and coordination abilities to ensure the luxury property is managed perfectly.
8. Planning and delivery of all facility related and administrative support services and activities at the property on a day to day basis.
