Responsibilities

- Support the Sr. Engineer in managing the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing installations all Civil maintenance within the facility
- Responsible for maintaining the critical spares list for all MEP equipment installations as per manufacturer s recommendations
- Implement and oversee the pre-emptive maintenance to reduce the risk of sudden failures of critical equipment
- Assist the Sr. Engineer to review the maintenance/service practices of ME Contractors to deliver quality work practices in line with the manufacturer recommendations.
- Maintain the logbooks, checklists and PPM schedules for all M E installations.

- Manage Downtime/ Breakdowns
- Arrange for ad-hoc ME set ups as per the client requirement from time to time.




- Ensure the contractors always follow the house rules and the projects are handled with minimum inconvenience to the Client
- Responsible to handle the shifts independently on all Engineering related matters
- Daily Walk around of the Facility

Performance Objectives

- Meet or exceed best practice in provision of services through contracts
- Establishment and adherence to policies procedures, compliance deadlines for each of the tasks as advised by the Duty Sr. Engineer.
- Effective management of the team

Key Skills

- Responsible for daily reporting on M E to the Sr. Engineer.
- Generate Service maintenance reports on office equipment
- Generate Inventory and Purchasing of spares and consumables
- Generate Downtime and breakdown incident reports
