Position: Fabrication Supervisor

Experience: 2–5 Years

Salary: As per Experience and Skills

Working Hours: 09:00 AM to 07:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Responsibilities

- Supervise daily fabrication activities and production work.
- Handle fabrication work related to MS sheets, steel structures, tanks and transformer components.
- Manage workers, welders, fitters and other fabrication staff.
- Ensure proper cutting, bending, fitting, welding and assembly as per drawings.
- Read and understand engineering and fabrication drawings.
- Monitor production targets, quality and work progress.
- Ensure proper use of tools, machinery and safety equipment.
- Coordinate with the Production, Quality and Maintenance departments.
- Maintain daily production reports and manpower records.




- Ensure workplace safety, discipline and housekeeping.

Required Skills

- Valuable knowledge of fabrication processes and welding.
- Ability to read and understand fabrication drawings.
- Experience in manpower handling and production supervision.
- Knowledge of MS fabrication, fitting, cutting and welding.
- Problem-solving and team management skills.

Educational Qualification

- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- Candidates with relevant fabrication supervision experience will also be considered.
