Roles and Responsibilities

- Robust knowledge of the PVC extrusion process and the processing properties of PVC and polymer compounds
- Operating and maintaining extrusion machines, including set-up, start-up and shut-down
- Process parameter monitoring and compound optimization
- Troubleshooting production issues and defects
- Mold loading/unloading and mold trials
- Running experiments and tests to evaluate new process designs and improvements
