Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage export logistics operations, ensuring timely delivery of goods to international customers.
- Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders for smooth clearance processes.
- Prepare and process necessary documents such as DGFT (Directorate General of Foreign Trade) forms, CHA (Customs House Agent) statements, and EXIM (Export-Import) documentation.
- Monitor shipment status, resolve issues related to customs clearance, and maintain accurate records.
Job Requirements :
- 5-10 years of experience in export logistics management or a related field.
- Robust knowledge of custom clearance procedures, including DGFT regulations and EXIM policies.
- Proficiency in preparing various types of export documentation such as commercial invoices, bills of lading, certificates of origin etc.
