Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate customs clearance, including shipping bill filing on ICEGATE, examination and Let Export Order (LEO).

- Appoint and manage Customs House Agents (CHAs), and monitor their clearance timelines and charges.

- Negotiate freight rates with forwarders and shipping lines, book shipments, and track ETD and ETA.

- Prepare and verify export documents: commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, bill of lading, insurance and product certificates.

- Track IGST refunds, RoDTEP claims and eBRC generation.

- Resolve shipment delays, document discrepancies and buyer queries.

- Maintain the export tracking sheet and report shipment status to management.

Requirements

- Graduate with 4 to 6 years of experience in export operations.

- Robust knowledge of Indian customs procedures, Incoterms, and the ICEGATE and DGFT portals.

- Experience handling FCL, LCL and air shipments.

- Strong coordination, negotiation and communication skills.

- Proficient in MS Excel.
