Job Summary

Fazlani Exports is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Import–Export Documentation Executive with practical knowledge of international trade documentation, CHA (Customs House Agent) coordination, shipping logistics, and export operations.

The ideal candidate should have a positive understanding of export procedures for the US and European markets, along with experience in coordinating with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs agents, and other logistics partners. Experience in agro commodities and agricultural product exports will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, verify, and maintain export and import documentation in accordance with applicable regulations and customer requirements.
- Handle export documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Shipping Instructions, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, and other applicable shipping documents.
- Coordinate with CHAs, customs brokers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, transporters, and other logistics service providers.
- Manage customs clearance coordination, shipping bookings, container planning, and shipment dispatch documentation.
- Maintain knowledge of export procedures, documentation requirements, and compliance applicable to shipments destined for the US and European markets.
- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, customers, and overseas buyers to ensure timely shipment execution.
- Track shipment schedules, vessel departures, estimated arrivals, and delivery status.
- Follow up on shipping documents, customs clearance,



and any documentation discrepancies to avoid shipment delays.
- Maintain proper records of export shipments, shipping bills, customs documents, and other relevant operational records.
- Support the preparation and submission of documents required for banking, payment processing, and export compliance, wherever applicable.
- Ensure documentation accuracy and timely completion of all shipment-related activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Practical experience in Import–Export Documentation and international shipping operations.
- Good working knowledge of CHA coordination and customs clearance procedures.
- Understanding of international shipping processes, freight forwarding, and export logistics.
- Knowledge of export documentation and shipment requirements for the US and European markets.
- Familiarity with Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Shipping Bills, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, and related documents.
- Good coordination, communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, email, and documentation management.
- Ability to manage multiple shipments and meet documentation deadlines.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in agro commodities, agricultural products, food products, or related export industries will be an added advantage.
- Exposure to international customers, overseas buyers, shipping lines, and freight forwarders.
- Knowledge of destination-specific documentation requirements and applicable export compliance procedures.

Candidate Profile We are looking for a responsible, organised, and proactive professional who can independently manage export documentation and coordinate effectively with CHAs and logistics partners to ensure smooth and timely shipment operations.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
