We are looking for an experienced Export Operations Executive with prior experience working with a Customs House Agent (CHA), also known as a Customs Broker.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and verify export checklists and shipping documentation.
- Handle VGM filing, Form 13 procedures, and Shipping Bill submission.
- Coordinate Shipping Bill handover and export documentation.
- Handle ODeX procedures for export shipments.
- Manage Cargoes and MMD3 portal operations.
- Follow up on shipping lines, CFS, and export shipment status.
- Monitor customs clearance, Let Export Order (LEO), and container port-in.
- Ensure timely completion of export shipment operations.
Requirements: Prior experience with a Customs Broker, knowledge of Indian export procedures, ICEGATE, ODeX, Cargoes, and the MMD3 portal is essential.
