Reporting to: Director

Seven Seas Beauty Products is a Delhi cosmetics manufacturer, a legacy brand in kajal, eyeliner, foundation and more, made in our own units and shipped to buyers worldwide, including Russia. We are looking for a hands-on Export Manager who will own our export revenue and run the full export cycle: finding buyers, closing orders, documentation, dispatch and payment realization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Buyer Development & Sales
- Find, develop and manage importers, distributors and private-label buyers in CIS, Middle East, Africa and Europe
- Handle enquiries, quotations, samples, price negotiation and order confirmation
- Own the export sales target and grow repeat business from existing buyers
- Export Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare and check proforma and commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, shipping bills, BL/AWB
- Ensure compliance with DGFT, customs, IEC and GST export rules
- Meet destination-country cosmetics regulations, registration and labelling requirements
- Logistics & Dispatch Coordination
- Coordinate with production, stores and QC on schedules, packing and dispatch
- Manage freight forwarders, CHAs and shipping lines: bookings, tracking, cost control
- Choose the right incoterms and shipping mode for each order
- Payments & Collections
- Agree payment terms with buyers:



advance, LC, and others
- Track receivables and follow up on collections with the accounts team
- Make sure export proceeds are realized on time
- Incentives & Reporting
- Track and claim export incentives and duty drawback
- Report to the Director on pipeline, shipments, collections and market feedback

- Buyer pipeline and order conversion
- On-time dispatch
- Documentation accuracy (no shipment delays or rejections)
- Payment realization
- Incentive and drawback claims filed and received

CANDIDATE PROFILE

- 5-6 years of export experience, ideally in cosmetics, personal care or FMCG
- Hands-on with export documentation, incoterms, LC and international payments
- Working knowledge of DGFT and customs processes
- Strong English communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in Excel, email and ERP/Tally
- Existing buyer network in CIS, Middle East, Africa or Europe is a plus
- Graduate or MBA (International Business preferred)

This is a full time, work-from-office role at GT Karnal Road, Delhi, with direct access to the Director and real ownership of a growing export line.
