Junior Executive – After-Sales Support & Supplier Coordination

You will be the person who makes sure an order goes right after the customer says yes: chasing our factories for production and dispatch, and looking after our overseas customers until the goods are delivered and any issue is closed.

India Pack is a Pune-based B2B packaging sourcing company, now about 10 years old. We supply FIBCs (jumbo bags), PP woven bags, BOPP bags, flexible pouches and container liners from 10+ audited Indian manufacturers to buyers in the UK, Germany, Scandinavia, the USA and the Middle East.

What you will do

After-sales support (customers)

- Be the day-to-day contact for international customers once an order is confirmed: order status, dispatch dates, shipping documents.
- Send shipment updates before the customer has to ask, and confirm delivery at their end.
- Share and file order documents: invoice, packing list, bill of lading, test reports and certificates.
- Register every complaint or quality claim the day it arrives. Collect photos, quantities, batch details and usage conditions from the customer.
- Work with the supplier and our technical team to find the cause, agree the corrective action, and keep the customer updated until the claim is closed.
- Follow up after delivery for feedback and pass repeat-order signals to the sales team.

Supplier coordination (factories)

- Follow up with our manufacturing partners by phone and email on production schedules, samples, print proofs and dispatch readiness.
- Track each order from purchase order to shipment and keep the order tracker and ERP/CRM up to date.




- Flag delays or spec deviations early, with a revised date and a proposed fix, not just the problem.
- Coordinate pre-shipment inspections and check test reports against the customer's specification.
- Collect supplier documents on time so that shipping paperwork is never the reason for a delay.

Reporting

- Maintain the open-orders and open-claims lists and present a short status every week.

Who we are looking for Must have

- A graduate in any stream (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, BE or a diploma are all fine).
- Clear, polite written English. Most of your day is email with overseas customers.
- Comfortable speaking Hindi on the phone with factory teams.
- Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets: filters, sorting, easy formulas.
- A habit of following up without being reminded, and of writing things down.
- Calm with an unhappy customer: you listen, collect the facts, and respond the same day.

Good to have

- Exposure to export documentation, Incoterms or freight forwarding.
- A background in packaging, plastics, textiles or any manufacturing environment.
- Experience with an ERP or CRM or a shared helpdesk inbox.
- Gujarati or Marathi for supplier conversations.
