Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handle end to end import and export operations including documentation and coordination.
- Manage customs clearance activities for shipments (air/sea/courier)
- Ensure compliance with STPI and SEZ regulations, including documentation and reporting.
- Handle duty exemptions, perks and licensing (EPCG, Advance Authorization etc. if applicable)
- Maintain records for audits and ensure regulatory compliance
- Liaise with STPI/SEZ authorities for approvals, returns and compliance filings.
- Track shipments and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
