Shift-5:30 PM to 3:30 AM

Education:

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, MBA, or related field,
- Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)

Must Have Skills:

- Proficient in Excel and other MS Office tools.

Valuable To Have Skills:

- Deep understanding of P2P process
- Review, process and oversee invoice processing, PO/Non-PO matching, and exception handling.
- Ensure timely vendor payments, managing payment runs and aged payable analysis.
- Resolve vendor escalations, performing vendor statement reconciliations and follow-ups.
- Monitor duplicate payment prevention controls and drive process improvements.
- Handle a team with more than 10people and client management

Job Responsibilities

- Deep understanding of P2P process
- Review, process and oversee invoice processing, PO/Non-PO matching, and exception handling.
- Ensure timely vendor payments, managing payment runs and aged payable analysis.
- Resolve vendor escalations, performing vendor statement reconciliations and follow-ups.
- Monitor duplicate payment prevention controls and drive process improvements.
- Support T&E; expense processing and compliance.
- Drive AP aging analysis and reporting for management and audit purposes.
- Ensure adherence to SOX controls and documentation within AP processes.




- Support transitions and migrations by providing process expertise and validations.
- Train and upskill team members on process updates, best practices, and system enhancements.
- Drive process documentation, SOP creation, and governance compliance.

Step 3: Click on New User (Register with us)

Step 4: Select "BPO" in Area of Interest and complete the registration. (Fill in the details)

Step 5: Once completed, your TCS EP ID would be generated which starts with EP2026CNXXXXXXX.

Step 6: You will be able to see your EP ID after logging into the iBegin website
