- Send necessary MIS reports. Lead CFT for preparation of PFMEA,Control Plans and Work Instruction. Qualification: B Tech Polymer / Chemical/Mech
- Experience: Min 2-3 year of experience
- Co-ordinate technological activities of Compound mixing, Extrusion, Calendering, Cement mixing, Bead & Bias in shifts which includes, implementing specifications / process systems, process trouble shooting, process review for continuous improvement, support to manufacturing on scrap / waste control and or efficiency improvement, implementation of specification changes and evaluation & disposition of nonconforming materials.
- Implement actions for cost reduction and reduction of tyre adjustments.
- Plan and organize area activities related to technical development/experimental/trial production.
- Coordinate process audit/control and validation activities.
- Review of test data. Management of PRT items. Send necessary MIS reports.
- Lead CFT for preparation of PFMEA, Control Plans and Work Instruction.
- Qualification: B Tech. Polymer/Chemical/Mech Experience: Min 2-3 year of experience
