Qualification : Diploma / Degree - Civil / Electrical / Mechanical

Experience : 2-5 Years with Interior Contracting Firms, Architects or PMC Industry

:

- Good communication Skills, Expert with Excel / PPT, Self-driven, go-getter

- Analyze all Tenders &
- RFQ for GC or Civil / MEP Contracting projects.

- Understand scope, budget & timelines & prepare a list of queries.





- Identify incomplete product descriptions or scope of work.

- Attend pre-bid meetings to clarify scope and various techno commercial terms.

- Outline in-house and subcontract scope of work.

- Outline long lead & customized items.

- Coordinate with Suppliers &

- Subcontractors for costing.

- Prepare detailed Rate Analysis for the entire BOQ.

- Attend Commercial Bid &

- Negotiation meetings.

- Conclude RFQ and improve conversion rate.
