Job Summary

Responsible for managing daily sort center operations, ensuring accurate and timely shipment processing, operational efficiency, and adherence to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor daily sort center operations and ensure smooth shipment flow.
- Track productivity, quality, shipment processing, and compliance metrics.
- Coordinate with transportation, warehouse, and last-mile delivery teams.
- Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions to improve performance.
- Monitor shipment movement and ensure timely processing and dispatch.
- Manage stakeholder communication and escalate operational issues for timely resolution.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety guidelines, and operational standards.




- Prepare daily MIS reports and support continuous process improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications Skills

- Graduate in any discipline; Logistics or Supply Chain qualification preferred.
- Relevant experience in sort center, logistics, warehouse, or e-commerce operations.
- Knowledge of shipment processing, transportation coordination, and operational KPIs.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and operational systems.
- Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
