DESIRED SKILLS: Coordinate with field-level sales teams to collect, consolidate, and prepare daily sales performance reports for management review and maintain structured and accurate sales and marketing activity records
Manage and monitor the Effipro Cloud Application, including periodic inclusions and exclusions
Track daily field staff activities through the system and escalate discrepancies to Regional Managers or SBU Heads when necessary
Address calls and complaints related to the Effipro application in a qualified and timely manner
Act as a point of contact for customer / field staff inquiries regarding accounts, product information, and service-related matters
Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of the sales department
