Job Title: Executive Operations Manager

About the role :

We are looking for a senior operations professional to run our office end to end and work directly alongside the founder. You will be the owner of day-to-day operations, the founder’s right hand, and the main point of contact for our creators. If you take full ownership, spot problems before they surface and keep things running smoothly, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

- Manage the entire office: facilities, equipment, supplies, vendors and budgets
- Handle onboarding of new team members and set up processes and SOPs
- Manage the founder’s calendar, travel, meetings and priorities
- Prepare meeting briefs, track action items and follow up until they are closed
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Be the primary contact for creators on schedules, shoots, contracts, deliverables and payments
- Work with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate creator payments
- Coordinate between content, production,



marketing and finance teams
- Give leadership regular updates on progress and risks
- Guide and manage junior admin or support staff

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in operations, office management or executive support, with at least 3 years in a senior role
- Experience in media, creator economy, agency or startup environments is preferred
- Excellent communication in English and Hindi, written and spoken
- Strong skills in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, especially Excel or Sheets
- Experience with project tools such as Notion, Asana or Trello
- Good budgeting and expense-tracking skills
- High integrity and the ability to handle confidential information
