Avance (Akari) Lighting is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive – Logistics & Material Planning to join our Supply Chain team.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in logistics coordination, dispatch planning, transportation management, material follow-ups,



and coordination with vendors and internal departments in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate transportation, container bookings, vehicle arrangements, and material movements.
- Manage dispatch planning and follow up on shipments from outsourced manufacturing units.
- Coordinate with Stores, Accounts, QC, vendors, and transporters for timely dispatches.
- Ensure dispatch documentation, including invoices, e-way bills, and packing lists.
- Track material availability, pending orders, deliveries, and shipment status.
- Update material planning and logistics records in Excel/ERP.
- Follow up on material requirements and resolve day-to-day logistics issues.
- Report delays and pending issues to the Supply Chain Head.

Candidate Requirements:

- Graduate/Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, Operations, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in logistics and dispatch coordination, preferably in manufacturing.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel; ERP knowledge is an advantage.
- Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Experience in electrical/electronics manufacturing will be preferred.
