- Provide technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues effectively.

- Troubleshoot and diagnose IT problems to identify root causes and implement solutions.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, software, and peripherals.
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and ensure data security.
- Respond to IT support tickets via email, phone, or ticketing systems and document resolutions.
- Monitor and maintain IT inventory, including hardware and software licenses.Key Requirements:

- Must have a bike for store visits.
- Experience in the F&B; industry.
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in IT.
