Job Summary

Role: Operations Executive

Responsibilities

- Resolution of customer queries and requests on mail

- Ensuring quality in processing and responsible for end to end solution for policy issuance

- Good Written Verbal communication skills.

- Engaging with customers for follow ups

- Basic knowledge of MS-Excel.

- Collecting KYC's documents related to policy issuance, ECS activation, Scheduling Medicals Etc.

- Coordination with Insurer partners, UW, Ops team for quick policy issuance.





- Outbound calling - Approx 80 to 100 calls per day for follow ups of requirements closures with customers.

- Cancellation Retention

- End to End follow up with the sales team Customers for requirement closures.
