- Follow up on customer inquiries, leads, and service requests through calls and emails.

- Maintain communication logs and update CRM systems with follow-up actions and outcomes.

- Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to prioritize follow-up activities.

- Resolve customer issues and concerns promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Provide timely updates to customers on the status of their inquiries or service requests.

- Collect customer feedback and escalate issues to appropriate departments for resolution.

- Monitor and track follow-up metrics and KPIs to assess team performance.

- Collaborate with colleagues to streamline follow-up processes and improve efficiency.

- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance follow-up skills and techniques.
