Responsibilities

- In this role, you will lead the development and enhancement of the credit data governance framework by driving data identification, risk assessments, controls, data quality monitoring, and issue management.
- You will leverage SQL, Python, automation, and emerging AI/ML techniques to improve governance processes, proactively identify data quality risks, and deliver scalable analytical solutions that strengthen data controls and reporting

Qualifications

- Engineering graduate with 2-5 years of experience in data governance,



data quality, data management or other data-focused roles within financial services.
- Experience with AI, machine learning, automation or emerging technologies, with a passion for developing creative solutions.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate complex data issues, identify root causes and drive resolution.
- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools;

experience with Python, Alteryx, Power BI or similar technologies is advantageous.

- Understanding of data governance, data quality and control frameworks; exposure to credit risk data, AI agent frameworks, GenAI tools, dashboard development or process automation is highly desirable.
