Role Overview The Executive - Data Automation will be responsible for managing data analytics, MIS reporting, dashboard development, automation of operational processes, and business intelligence to support data-driven decision-making. The role focuses on improving operational efficiency through reporting accuracy, automation, and insightful analytics.

Key Responsibilities

MIS, Reporting Data Management

- Prepare, validate, and maintain operational MIS, LMS, assessment, and management reports while ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.

Analytics Business Intelligence

- Develop dashboards, monitor KPIs, analyze operational trends, generate actionable insights, and support data-driven decision-making.

Process Automation Digital Solutions

- Automate repetitive reports, workflows, notifications, and operational processes using automation tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.





Database Reporting Governance

- Manage operational databases, perform data validation and reconciliation, standardize reporting formats, and ensure reporting governance and data quality. Continuous Improvement Stakeholder Support

- Support operational teams with analytical insights, identify process improvement opportunities, resolve reporting issues, and contribute to digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications Skills Required

- B. Tech / BCA / MCA / B.Sc. (Computer Science/IT) / MBA (Business Analytics) or equivalent
- 2-5 Years in MIS, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Reporting, or Process Automation

- Required Technical Skills

- Advanced MS Excel

- Power Query

- Power BI

- SQL

- Advanced Google Sheets

- Python (Preferred)
