Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and people-oriented CRM Executive to join our Post-Sales team. In this role, you will be the bridge between our customers and the company, ensuring a seamless experience after a sale is closed. You will gain hands-on experience in the real estate industry, learn to master CRM tools, and develop essential skills in customer retention and financial coordination.

What You’ll Do

Customer Engagement: Act as a primary point of contact for customers, providing regular updates and maintaining a positive relationship.

Post-Sales Coordination: Support the end-to-end post-sales process, ensuring all documentation and internal handovers are completed efficiently.

Financial Assistance: Help manage payment schedules, track collections, and follow up on outstanding dues to ensure timely revenue flow.

Retention & Satisfaction: Proactively address customer queries and concerns to improve overall satisfaction and long-term retention.





CRM Management: Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate records, track customer interactions, and generate reports for cross-functional teams.

Requirements

Education: Recent graduate or final-year student in BBA, MBA, or a related field.

Passion: A solid interest in Customer Success and the Real Estate industry.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a quick learner for new software/tools.

Availability: Must be able to join immediately or within 30 days.
