WE ARE HIRING | EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Chaizup Consumer Products Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly organized, proactive and professionally polished Executive Assistant to support senior management and ensure smooth coordination of day-to-day executive activities.

Location: Taratala, Kolkata

Position: Executive Assistant

Compensation: Up to ₹25,000 per month – In-Hand

Qualification: Graduate / equivalent

Experience: 2–5years preferred

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage calendars, meetings, appointments and schedules
- Handle professional emails, calls and correspondence
- Prepare presentations, reports, documents and meeting notes
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders
- Track key tasks, follow-ups and deadlines
- Assist senior management with day-to-day administrative and coordination requirements
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and management information
- Support effective communication and execution of management priorities
