Requirements

- 0–2 years of experience in Product Analysis, Business Analysis, Telephony, CTI, CPaaS, Contact Center, or Voice AI.

- Freshers with relevant internships/projects can also apply.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and documentation skills.

- Understanding of Agile/Scrum and software development lifecycle.

- Ability to understand technical concepts and work with engineering teams.

- Solid interest in Telephony, SaaS, and AI products.

Preferred Candidate

Priority will be given to candidates who have:

- Experience/internship in a Telephony, CPaaS, Contact Center, or Voice AI company.

- Basic knowledge of APIs, Postman, Salesforce/CRM, or SaaS products.

- Strong understanding of how a customer call flows through a telephony/CTI platform.

- Exposure to telephony service providers, voice platforms, or AI technology providers.
