We’re looking for detail-oriented Execution Managers who thrive on structure, coordination, and seamless execution. You’ll take ownership of creator deliverables, manage content schedules, coordinate with internal teams and creators, and ensure campaigns run smoothly from start to finish. Your focus will be on keeping timelines on track, resolving on-ground challenges, and ensuring every campaign deliverable is executed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and track creator deliverables, ensuring all commitments are met within deadlines.

- Coordinate content calendars, shoot schedules, approvals, and publishing timelines.

- Act as the point of contact between creators, brands, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication.

- Monitor campaign progress and follow up on pending tasks, assets, and approvals.

- Coordinate on-ground operations, including shoots, events, logistics, and creator requirements.

- Identify execution challenges and resolve them proactively to avoid delays.

- Maintain campaign trackers, documentation,



and regular status updates.

- Ensure all content and deliverables meet brand guidelines and campaign requirements.

- Prior experience in influencer marketing, campaign execution, project coordination, or operations is preferred.
