Position: US Sales Executive / Business Development Executive

Shift: US Night Shift (Monday to Friday), 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST

About the Prospect

Are you currently working in domestic sales and looking to take the next step in your career?

This is an opportunity to transition into US Sales and International Business Development, working with US-based prospects and developing your expertise in the global market.

Candidates with domestic B2B sales, inside sales, telesales, lead generation, or business development experience are encouraged to apply. Prior US sales experience is not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and engage potential clients in the US market through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Generate leads, qualify prospects, and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Understand customer requirements and introduce relevant IT services, software solutions, and business offerings.
- Schedule meetings and follow up with prospects to develop business opportunities.




- Handle client objections and maintain effective communication with prospective customers.
- Maintain accurate lead information, follow-up records, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Work towards assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Required Experience
- 10 years of experience in domestic sales, B2B sales, inside sales, telesales, or business development.
- Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in cold calling, lead generation, client acquisition, or sales conversions.
- A target-driven attitude with strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to learn international sales processes and work in the US night shift.
- Prior US-market experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
