Role Description The Event Sales Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role involves managing client inquiries, presenting event solutions, and supporting the sales process from initial contact through event completion. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating event details, preparing proposals and quotations, maintaining client records, and collaborating with the event management team to ensure smooth execution.

The Event Sales

Coordinator will conduct follow-ups, build long-term client relationships, assist with vendor coordination,



and support promotional activities to drive event bookings. The role requires a focus on customer satisfaction, timely communication, and achievement of sales and event targets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Event Planning and Event Management skills to coordinate logistics, timelines, and on-site execution.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills, including lead follow-up, negotiation, and closing event bookings.
- Candidates should have good organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Relevant experience in events, hospitality, or sales coordination is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
- Proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by events.
