Coordinate with clients to understand their event objectives and expectations

Develop and execute event plans, including timelines, budget management, and vendor negotiations

Manage event logistics, including venue selection, transportation, accommodation, and audiovisual requirements

Oversee event promotion and marketing strategies

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution

Lead event set-up, in office coordination, and post-event activities

Supervise event staff and volunteers to ensure their understanding of their roles and responsibilities

Conduct post-event evaluation and analysis to identify areas of improvement and implement solutions
