Role Description The Event Intern role is an on-site internship position based in Bengaluru. The intern will assist the events team with planning and coordinating wedding-related functions, including venue setup, vendor coordination, guest assistance, and on-ground logistics.

Daily tasks may include supporting client meetings, preparing event checklists, managing basic documentation, and helping with timelines and schedules. The intern will also contribute to event marketing activities, such as gathering content from events, supporting social media promotions, and assisting with outreach.



This role offers practical training in event operations, client service, and team collaboration within a fast-paced wedding environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting with clients, guests, and vendors.
- Candidates should possess Event Planning and Event Marketing skills to support the design, promotion, and execution of events.
- Candidates should possess basic Sales and relationship-building skills to assist with inquiries, lead nurturing, and vendor coordination.
- Ability to work on-site at events, including evenings and weekends as required, and to handle fast-paced, high-pressure situations professionally.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions and manage multiple tasks.
- Interest in weddings, events, hospitality, or related fields; prior internship or volunteering experience in events is an advantage.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
