Internship Event Management & Operations Auspicium Events Pvt. Ltd. | Shivaji Nagar, Pune | In-office | 6 months The role

This isn't a filing-and-photocopies internship. You'll work directly with our founders and event managers on live client projects, from the first enquiry to the final applause. You'll see how an event gets pitched, costed, designed, sold and built, and by the end you'll have run parts of it yourself.

What you'll do

- Research venues, vendors, themes and ideas for upcoming pitches
- Help build costing sheets in Excel and support proposal decks in PowerPoint
- Coordinate with vendors for quotes, follow-ups and timelines
- Track tasks, approvals and deliverables on our project platform
- Be on ground at events for setup, rehearsals, guest flow and backstage management
- Help close out events with photos, videos,

Who we're looking for Students or recent graduates in BBA, BMS, Event Management, Hospitality, Mass Media or any related field. Strong communication in English and Hindi or Marathi. Comfortable with Excel, PowerPoint and Google Workspace. Organised, quick on your feet, and calm when plans change at the last minute (they will). Our work is deadline-driven, so you'll need to be okay with the odd late evening or weekend around event days.
