We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and highly organized Event manager to our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, and strategy of company events, ranging from high-profile conferences to internal workshops.

ns: Lead end-to-end event logistics, including contract negotiations, vendor management, venue selection, catering, transportation, and guest accommodation.

nt: Drive event communications and serve as the primary point of contact for external vendors, key stakeholders, sponsors, and attendees.

ns: Oversee on-site venue setup, execution, and teardown. Act as the primary lead to resolve real-time operational challenges or emergencies during events.

negotiate pricing to optimize cost-efficiency, and track expenses to ensure projects stay within financial parameters.

Qualifications &

- Experience:

2 to 10 years of proven experience in event management, event planning, or a similar operations role

Superior organizational, project management, and delegation skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.

Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with strong negotiation abilities
