- 5-7 years in Endpoint Management with expertise in SCCM, Intune, JAMF, AV/EDR, DLP, and ISO 27001 audits
- Drive endpoint compliance operations, manage audits and evidence, enforce secure configurations, track non-compliance, and publish compliance reports
- Drive endpoint compliance operations aligned to RBI, ISO, and security standards
- Ensure SCD (Secure Configuration) enforcement across all endpoint devices
- Track, manage, and close non-compliance within defined SLAs
- Perform reconciliation across CMDB, tools, and compliance platforms
- Handle internal & external audits (RBI, ISO, ISMS) and ensure timely evidence submission
- Monitor compliance posture (patching, AV, encryption, configuration baseline)
- Maintain audit trails, evidence repository, and governance dashboards
- Manage exception handling, risk acceptance,



and corrective actions
- Collaborate with Infra, Security, Audit, and Business teams for compliance adherence
- Publish MIS, dashboards, and leadership reports on compliance status

Required Experience & Skills
- 57 years in Endpoint Management / EUC Compliance / IT Operations
- Strong exposure to RBI audits, ISO 27001 / ISMS audits
- Hands-on experience in endpoint tools (SCCM, Intune, JAMF, AV/EDR, DLP, Encryption)
- Experience in audit handling, evidence management, and compliance reporting
- Knowledge of CMDB, asset reconciliation, and governance frameworks
- Solid analytical, stakeholder management, and reporting skills
