Precon India Consulting LLP is a pioneering provider of pre-construction services, established in 2020. We assist general contractors, developers, architects, and project management consultants in delivering successful projects.

Position Overview:

As a Junior Estimator/Fresher, you will work closely with senior estimators and other team members to support the preparation of cost estimates, project budgets, and quantities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Performing accurate quantity take-offs for different construction projects across India and overseas.
- Gather and analyze project specifications, blueprints, and drawings. And prepare the document reports.
- Assist in Project management tasks such as RFI management, Document management, and Submittal management.
- Assist in preparing bid documents and supporting project proposals.
- Review and compare bids, highlight discrepancies, and suggest cost-saving alternatives.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining project cost records and reports.
- Participate in project meetings and site visits as necessary.
- Continuously learn and apply industry best practices in estimating and cost analysis.

Requirements:

- Has a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.




- For Junior Estimators- experience of 6-12 months in Estimation or quantity survey.
- Basic knowledge of estimating practices, construction drawings, and industry standards is preferred.
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with estimation software (e.g., On Screen Take-off (OST), Procore, Bluebeam, PlanSwift) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented workplace and manage time effectively.
- Strong willingness to learn and grow within the field of estimating.
