Role Description This is a full time, on-site Estimation Proposal Engineer role based in MANGALORE Karnataka, India. The Estimation Proposal Engineer is responsible for preparing technical and commercial proposals, including detailed cost estimates, scopes of work, and bid documentation for electro-mechanical, instrumentation, and control projects.





Qualifications

- Mechanical, civil and E&I; background
- Prior experience in estimation, proposals, or tendering for industrial, power, oil & gas, or electro-mechanical projects is highly beneficial.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in costing and documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word), and familiarity with ERP or estimation software is an advantage.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work
