Sailotech Private Limited is looking for an experienced ESRI / ArcGIS Solution Architect with robust expertise in ESRI Utility Network, Telecom Domain Networks, and Physical Network Planning for an exciting contract opportunity.

We are seeking a hands-on architect capable of independently designing, configuring, and implementing end-to-end telecom physical network planning and inventory solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, configure, and implement telecom physical network inventory and planning solutions using ESRI ArcGIS technologies.
- Architect and configure ESRI Utility Network and Telecom Domain Network models.
- Develop solutions covering exchange layouts, data centres, buildings, floors, rooms, racks, cabinets, and equipment placement.
- Design fibre and copper connectivity, cable routing, containment structures, and capacity management solutions.
- Configure asset groups, asset types, network rules, terminal configurations, and topology.
- Support GIS data migration, source-to-target mapping, data validation, and reconciliation.
- Independently deliver complex telecom physical planning and network inventory solutions.

✅ Ability to independently architect and deliver complex physical network planning solutions.

✅ Experience with telecom GIS transformation and legacy network inventory migration.

✅ Excellent technical problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
