– Junior Estimation Engineer (Civil)

Experience: Min 3 Years

Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

- Study tender documents, technical specifications, drawings and contractual requirements.
- Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs and detailed cost estimates.
- Carry out rate analysis for piling, foundation, RCC and building construction works.
- Prepare technical and commercial bid documents for tender submissions.
- Prepare preliminary project schedules and construction timelines.
- Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations and material rates.
- Prepare comparative statements and detailed costing sheets.
- Review architectural and structural drawings for estimation and tendering purposes.




- Assist in tender clarifications, documentation and timely bid submissions.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in piling and building construction estimation is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD and BOQ preparation.
- Valuable knowledge of construction materials, market rates and execution methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to meet tender deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
