Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQs, Tender Estimates, and Quantity Takeoffs from drawings.
- Conduct quantity surveying activities such as measurement of quantities, preparation of rate analysis, estimation engineering, bill checking, and billing.
- Develop detailed estimates for construction projects including labor costs, materials, equipment rental, etc.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate cost projections and budgeting.
- Provide technical support during pre-bid meetings to discuss project requirements and scope.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 4-8 years of experience in estimation engineering or related field (quantity surveying).
- Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Civil or relevant discipline.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD software; knowledge of Revit an added advantage.
