Job Summary

We re Hiring: ERP System Administrator - Dynamics 365 F&O; Are you a D365 expert who enjoys keeping complex enterprise systems running smoothly Join the Enterprise IT team of a leading life sciences organization in Bangalore.

You ll own the administration, maintenance, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and its integrated components. You ll ensure the platform stays reliable, secure, high-performing, and in a validated state under SOX and GMP (FDA) compliance.

Responsibilities

- Own D365 user onboarding and offboarding
- Independently diagnose and resolve complex application, integration, security, and environment issues
- Lead environment administration: Lifecycle Services (LCS), update planning, database refreshes, and integration maintenance
- Manage update timelines and make sure prerequisites are completed on time
- Optimize license allocation and right-size security roles to reduce annual cost
- Reconfigure the workplace as business needs change

Requirements

- Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, or equivalent experience




- 5+ years with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Dynamics AX
- Experience as a D365 System Administrator, Application Administrator, or advanced application support resource
- Hands-on experience with Lifecycle Services for environments, updates, and database refreshes
- Experience with security role configuration, access management, and user administration
- Experience administering GRC solutions such as Fastpath (access certifications, SoD reviews, change monitoring)
- Experience supporting SOX processes, validated systems, and reviewing audit trails for anomalies
- Experience with Azure DevOps for work tracking, change management, or release coordination

Good to have

- Experience in D365 F&O; functional areas (Finance, SCM, Procurement, Production Control, Quality, Warehouse)
- GMP or FDA-regulated systems experience
- Experience maintaining Azure app registrations and integration tokens
- Experience with validation activities, impact assessments, and change controls
- Experience leading application governance, release readiness reviews, and continuous improvement

Occasional after-hours/weekend work for maintenance and upgrades
