Responsibilities

1. ERP Engagement Delivery

- Lead and coordinate end-to-end delivery activities across ERP-led engagements from a project management standpoint, owning scope, timeline, and quality outcomes
- Partner with technical and functional teams on enhancement and change activities; either technical or functional knowledge of the ERP platform is valuable to have to support these discussions
- Track delivery issues and changes through resolution, coordinating with technical and functional stakeholders as needed

2. Agile & Scrum Delivery

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, backlog/sprint coordination, dependency tracking, and team alignment
- Take on Project Manager or Scrum Master responsibilities on selected engagements as needed

3. PMO Governance & Reporting

- Define objectives, scope, deliverables, and milestones; track progress against agreed quality standards
- Identify, document, and track risks, issues, and dependencies through closure
- Use AI and automation tools to improve reporting accuracy,



forecasting, and delivery efficiency

4. Stakeholder Management & Communication

- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate proactively on scope, priorities, progress, and risks
- Build enduring client relationships and collaborate across ERP platforms and Advisory engagement teams
- Mentor and guide team members, sharing delivery and Agile best practices
