Position Title: ERP Executive / ERP Operations Officer

Location: Pune

Industry: Infrastructure, Civil Engineering, Real Estate, or Construction

Primary Objective: Maintain system integrity, support site and office end-users, and synchronize real-time project activities (materials, labor, plant & machinery, and finance) within the ERP platform

Key Responsibilities:

- Master Data & Transaction Management: Create and maintain accurate master data for items, vendors, sub-contractors, customers, and price lists.
- Site & Procurement Coordination: Generate and track purchase orders (POs), Goods Received Notes (GRNs), material issue slips, and site inventory reports.
- Contractor & Labor Operations: Manage contractor running account bills, labor attendance tracking, and daily/weekly timesheet entries inside the ERP.
- User Support & Troubleshooting: Resolve first-level ERP transaction errors, log technical issues, and coordinate with external vendors or central IT/consultants for complex fixes.
- Data Audits & Reconciliations: Run daily/weekly transaction checks, verify inventory and financial entries, and assist during period-end closures.
- MIS & Reporting: Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports, project progress sheets, and audit trails for site managers and finance teams.
- User Training & Documentation: Train recent site engineers, storekeepers, and back-office staff on relevant ERP screens, workflows,



and standard operating procedures.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Commerce, or Mechanical/Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in ERP operations, support, or data entry—ideally within a construction or infrastructure environment.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Strong command of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data validation).
- Familiarity with enterprise software (such as Strategic ERP, etc.).
- Understanding of core infrastructure concepts: BOQ handling, store inventory, and contractor billing cycles.

Soft Skills: Strong cross-functional communication, a problem-solving mindset, and willingness to travel or be stationed at project/construction sites as required. Interested candidates are requested to share their updated CV along with the following details:
