- Lead end-to-end ERP implementation, upgrade, rollout, and support projects.

- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

- Coordinate with business users, implementation partners, and vendors to ensure timely project execution.

- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations.

- Drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and change management activities.

- Ensure ERP solutions align with organizational goals and business processes.

Educational Qualification:-

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology

Preferred Experience

- Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, dairy, or process industries is preferred.

- Exposure to digital transformation initiatives and enterprise analytics programs will be an advantage.
