Role & responsibilities

- 4+ years of experience in ERP Support / ERP Operations / ERP Implementation
- IT background with strong understanding of ERP software & business applications
- Good knowledge of SQL and SQL Queries writing, executing and troubleshooting queries
- Experience in database handling, data validation, reports & data analysis
- Strong troubleshooting skills for ERP-related technical issues
- Experience in ERP user support and issue resolution
- Good understanding of Manufacturing ERP modules – Production, Inventory, Purchase, Stores & Sales
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP / Oracle / other Manufacturing ERP will be an advantage
- Ability to coordinate with IT, Production, Purchase, Stores and other departments
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Manufacturing industry experience preferred
