Role & responsibilities

- Assist in preparing and processing Forest Clearance (FC) proposals through the PARIVESH portal.

- Review forest land requirements, project boundaries, KML files, and survey drawings.

- Coordinate with forest officials and project proponents for site inspections and forest boundary verification.

- Assist in identifying compensatory afforestation (CA) land and compiling related documents.

- Support Wildlife Clearance proposals and documentation for projects located in or near wildlife habitats and protected areas.

- Assist in preparing wildlife mitigation plans, conservation plans, and related environmental documents.

- Monitor the progress of statutory applications and coordinate responses to departmental queries.
