- Current Business Acquisition: Identify and penetrate new enterprise accounts across target sectors (Manufacturing, IT, BFSI, and Automotive).
- Sales Execution: Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and initial outreach to final contract negotiation and onboarding.
- Stakeholder Mapping: Build and maintain strong relationships with mid-to-senior level stakeholders, specifically L&D; Managers, HR Business Partners, and Technical Leads.
• Solutioning: Understand client "talent pain points" and map them to L&T; EduTech’s product suite (Industry-led certifications, Assessments, and Custom Skilling). • Pipeline Accuracy:
Maintain a healthy sales funnel using CRM tools; provide weekly/monthly forecasts with high accuracy.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Product and Delivery teams to ensure the proposed solution is technically feasible and meets client expectations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 7–10 years in B2B/Enterprise Sales. Experience in EdTech, HR-Tech, or SaaS is highly preferred.
- Sales Track Record: Proven history of consistently achieving or exceeding individual sales targets (12cr - 15cr ARR or equivalent).
- Skills: Strong "Solution Selling" mindset. Must be comfortable presenting to a room of experts and handling objections.
- Attributes: High "Ownership" quotient, resilient under pressure, and a deep understanding of the Indian corporate ecosystem.
