- Knowledge in Stamping processes, die structure, Body structure stamping feasibility concerns for both Cold Hot stamping.

- Knowledge on Die standard parts die cost estimation.

- Can able to make optimise process/operation sequence.

- Knowledge on Automated presses lines [Cross bar, Feed bar] panel layout making.

- Abel propose CUS/DFPP-part change proposal to Product design

- Able execute TGA activity -MPCAD [3D MP],



Spring back, detail MP making-CADCEUS knowledge preferable.

- Hands on experience in any CAD software [NX or Catia] with A-class surface modelling capability.

- Hands on experience in T0 trials can make comparison Simulation Vs Trial -Preferable.

Hands on experience in any simulation software [Auto form, Pam stamp. Dyna form] and can able to execute simulation plan Counter measure.
