- . Education: Diploma or bachelors degree in civil engineering
- Work Experience: 4-6 years in Real Estate
- Assist to implement organisation policies and procedures related to quality control at the site.
- Develop and implement training programs to improve the knowledge and skills of site team.
- Coordination with execution team for stagewise inspection/test and obtain acceptance of as per QAP during progress of work.
- Preparing, reviewing the activity wise Work Method Statements, specifications, etc Identification of non-conformities and raising nonconformity reports and ensure action
- taken reports are closed. Ensure compliance to Project Quality Plan, Inspection and Test plan, WMSD Preparation and maintaining of monthly reports. Maintaining quality documents/records as applicable.



Coordination for calibration and validation of instruments, Measuring and test
- equipment. Sound knowledge of Concrete Mix design, concrete production and testing, Post-pour
- checking, NDT, Snagging, de-snagging, flat/area Handing over, Waterproofing work. Ability to work effectively in team workplace.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
