We are seeking a detail-oriented Engineer Planning to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and monitoring project schedules to ensure the timely and efficient execution of our infrastructure projects. Proficiency in Primavera is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera (P6).
- Monitor project progress and track milestones and deliverables.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to project managers and stakeholders.
- Identify potential schedule delays and propose mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with project teams to update schedules based on site realities.
- Assist in resource allocation and leveling based on project plans.
Qualifications and Skills: Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Education: BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in project planning within the infrastructure or construction industry.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Primavera (P6) is a must. Solid knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
